Though my day job is being a DOCTOR, I spend my off-time making animations browsing Reddit in front of digital screens. In this video, I explain to you how I finally was able to cure my Digital eye strain with the help of the golden remedy 5 other important tips. Blinking: Digital screens reduce blinking of the eyes and result in most of the symptoms. Artificial tears are used as a remedy to this, but it provided only little benefit to me. • 2. Simple measures like adjusting the contrast Brightness of the screen can help with accommodation-related eye fatigue. • 3. Golden Remedy is the 20:20:20 rule: After 20 minutes of screen time, look at a distance of 20m for 20 seconds. Take a break of 20 minutes after 2 hours of work time. • 4. Light balancing (office/room) helps to reduce the frequency of light reflex changes.(Iris Fatigue) • 5. Blue Light Glasses don’t work (don’t spend your valuable money on a myth) • 6. Good Ergonomics can help prevent associated symptoms of computer vision syndrome. • 7.
