a little bit before outsiders ended, i decided to create and host a project to give back to the community of outsiders. this project was made 10/18/21, and after many obstacles we were able to finish it. THANK YOU to all of the artists and editors that took part in this. i am so proud of how it turned out- please do sit through and watch the entire thing! • what is a pmv project? pmv stands for picture music video.
