Genesis 37: Joseph's Dreams #shorts • Joseph, 17 years old his father’s favourite. He gave him a coat of many colours which sparked jealousy among his older brothers. • But Joseph wasn’t just special because of his coat—he was a dreamer. In one dream, he saw himself and his brothers binding sheaves of grain. His sheaf stood upright while his brothers’ sheaves bowed before it. Later he dreamt of the sun, moon, and eleven stars bowing to him, causing even his father to question him. Despite the jealousy, He held onto his dreams they were glimpses of his future. • Betrayed by his brothers and sold into slavery, his life took a dark turn. Yet, through years of hardship and imprisonment, he kept the faith. In the end, Joseph rose to power in Egypt, and during a famine, his brothers unknowingly bowed before him.
