Dr. Ember's assistants come to help remove the electrodes fluid lines from him. Dr. Embers realizes that something's off is thrust back into another virtual reality. This time Dr. Ember is in the hospital with his wife son by his side. His wife then explains that he was in a coma for 3 days that they had all survived. Dr. Ember realizes that this is not real tells them that he loves them but that they are not real then starts to run. He turns a corner runs into Maggie. He asks Maggie why doesn't it kill him Maggie responds that it wants Dr. Ember to suffer. Back in reality both Dr. Ember Cameron are elevated. Now back in Dr. Ember's illusion Dr. Ember is in a room with Maggie pleads with Maggie to release the boy. If the demon does not release the boy Dr. Ember will jump through the window. It is then that Maggie drops the boy it is shown that the boy is free in reality while Dr. Ember is still suspended in the air. It is shown that Dr. Ember is now possessed by Maggie. It is then that the blood is administered to him intravenously by Riley. Dr. Embers wakes up proceeds to fling himself out of the window of their apartment. As he lies on the ground dying from his suicide attempt. Riley yells do not touch him. • In the ambulance Dr. Ember's heart rate flat lines the paramedics try to restart his heart using defibrillator. After a few unsuccessful attempts the paramedics give up begin to pronounce him dead. Camila pleads to try one more time and so the paramedics try one more time.
