Here is my recipe for a huge crowd favorite - Bang Bang Shrimp. Many people love this at restaurants, but it can easily be made at home. The sauce has a hint of spice and sweetness that everyone will love. This is also a great crispy fried shrimp if you want to have it without the sauce, or pair with another sauce. #BangBangShrimp • Make sure you subscribe to the channel to make sure you catch all the weekly recipes! • -Peel and devein your shrimp if need. Also, remove the tails • -Buttermilk(used 1/2 qt), egg, and hot sauce - Add shrimp for 30 min+ before cooking • -1/2 cup flour and 1/2 cup corn starch. Season flour - cajun seasoning, pepper, old bay • -Dip shrimp in flour and get nice coating. Rest on wire rack for 5 minutes. Coat again in the flour • -Cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side - let drain on wire rack or towel • Bang Bang Sauce • 1/2 cup Mayo • 1/4 cup sriracha • 1/4 sweet chili • 2 teaspoons of soy sauce • Red pepper flakes • Honey (optional if you want a sweeter sauce) • Add 1 tbsp water and and a pinch of salt if your sauce is too thick • Add shrimp a few at a time to sauce.
