In an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, one mile from Coverack, a tiny picturesque fishing village, Meadow Barn which is double glazed and heated, has the following accommodation:- • • Front door into a fully equipped modern kitchen/diner with electric cooker, hob, microwave oven, fridge-freezer and dishwasher, plus a utility room with automatic washing machine and tumble dryer. Door to a cosy sitting room with comfortable furniture and a remote control 32 inch flat screen digital television, DVD player and free view receiver. Inner hallway leading to two double bedrooms, one with a 5 ft King size bed and the other with two single beds. The bathroom has a bath with power shower, toilet and hand basin. • • Meadow Barn has its own garden with garden furniture and a barbecue. The garden leads into the meadow which is just over one third of an acre and is ideal for childrens' games.There is ample parking in the grounds. • • Heating, electricity, bed linen and tea towels are included in the price.
