Save and apply a preset transition in Premiere

Note that this is a TERRIBLE implementation and doesn't work well at all. I'm experimenting with my Insideclipboard.exe script to try to just paste a saved transition directly, rather than copying it anew each and every time. • ALSO, some transitions, like DISSOLVE, and most 3RD PARTY transitions, like the ones from filmimpact.net, and Red Giant Universe, CAN BE SAVED AS PRESETS!! WHAT?? You just have to select the preset on the timeline, then go to the effect controls panel, press the little button with the 3 horizontal lines, and select save preset. It is greyed out for MOST transitions, though. • ALL OF MY PREMIERE MODS, IN ONE SPOT! HORRAY!!! https://gist.github.com/TTTIPS/8c49dd... • https://adobe.allegiancetech.com/cgi-... Adobe's Wishform. If you want any of these features, submit a feature request to them, linking to this video, and hope they don't ignore it for 10 years! • Download autohotkey here: https://autohotkey.com/ • Window Spy is available from the right click menu of an autohotkey script running in the taskbar. • Something I neglected to mention in the video: • Z is assigned to move playhead to cursor in Premiere. • It doesn't work very well as a key. Only if it can be rapid-fired from the start. • I'm going to change this shortcut and put it somewhere else. The letter Z has far too valuable a position, directly under my left hand. I am sure I can find a better use for it. • ALSO! The reason why I fixed the preset applicator script to click on the middle of the effects panel before it grabs the preset, is because otherwise it will sometimes grab MULTIPLE presets... since they become STACKED onto the top spot. Clicking somewhere in the panel will resolve this before it happens. • ALSO!! One more thing! • I changed the instant-one-button-rescale to use my scroll wheel, middle mouse button CLICK. This works marvelously well. • I think I will also modify it to always just use the graphic directly under the playhead, rather than what might already be selected. That way, you won't accidentally rescale a graphic that is elsewhere on the timeine. • See? I'm always learning stuff and changing things! yeaaaa! • CAPS LOCK IS CRUISE CONTROL FOR COOL
