The Sunflowers of Vincent van Gogh

A labyrinth of sunflowers was built on Museumplein in Amsterdam to celebrate the opening of the new entrance to the Van Gogh Museum. The entrance now boasts a huge, semi-circular glass structure, designed by architect Kisho Kurowaka. Inside the flower maze visitors found photos, Van Gogh inspired art and live performances. At the end of the floral exhibition, the public was allowed to take home bunches of the sunflowers.
