A chocolate brownie (or simply called a brownie) is an American dessert or snack made with chocolate. Its name came from its dark brown color. It tastes like a cross between a cake and a cookie. Unlike other cakes, it is baked without baking powder so it is much thicker. It is normally served cut into squares or rectangles. It can be eaten as a snack, or with ice cream or whipped cream as a dessert. • #brownie #choclatebrownie #dessert • • Ginger chocolate Brownie • Ingredients • Dark chocolate 88 Gm • Butter 56 Gm • Castor sugar 100 Gm • Flour 30 Gm • Baking powder 2 Gm • Cocoa powder 10 Gm • Yogurt 1 2 Gm • Crushed walnuts 10 Gm • Ginger powder (optional) 1/4 tsp • • Method • 1. Preheat your oven to 180C. • 2. In a microwave, melt butter and chocolate. Let it cool. • 3. Combine sugar yogurt. Add the cooled chocolate mixture. • 4. Add in the flour, cocoa powder and baking powder. Fold in the walnuts 5. Transfer the batter to the baking dish. • Bake at 180C for 30 minutes-35 minutes. Let the brownies cool completely.
