I will mention all USPs- Soft, Water Absorption Perfect Wheatish • Colour. • Take 3 cup Aashirvaad Atta, add salt as needed, 2 tablespoon of oil and 1/2 cup of normal water • mix well. • Keep it aside for half an hour. • Filling Process • For filling we have to take jaggery and melt it with a little amount of water and add cardamom • powder and grated coconut into it. • Now, take a small ball from the dough and flatten it with our palm and place the filling in the • middle and close it, and make it as a ball again. • Flatten it cook on both sides.
