Grease the dough with oil. • -Cover and set aside for 15-20 minutes. • -Grease your hands and divide dough into small balls and leave it for 15 minutes. • -Now again grease your hands and flattened small balls into round shape with the help of your hands. • -Deep fry on a medium low flame until done. • -Poori is ready. • Recipe in Urdu: • Ajza: • -Maida (flour) 2 cups • -Namak (salt) ½ tsp • -Pani (water) warm as required • -Oil for frying • Directions: • -Bowl mein maida aur namak dal ker mix ker lein. • -Neem garam pani shamil karein,mix ker k ache tarhan maida ko ghond lein. • -Naram dough tayyyar ker lein,oil sa grease ker lein. • -Dhak ker 15-20 minutes kliya rakh dein. • -Haathon ko grease karein aur dough k chotay balls bana lein aur 15 minutes kliya chor dein. • -Dubara haathon ko grease karein aur small bowl ko haathon ki madad round shape mein pheela lein. • -Halki darmiyani ancch per deep fry ker lein. • -Poori tayyar hai.
