🤩 Meet Police Community Support Officer Richmond – he’s been in the role for three-and-a-half years and earlier this year was named Hertfordshire PCSO Of The Year 👏 • A former security officer, he joined the constabulary to contribute to the reduction of crime and to help give the community confidence in the police by making it more representative. • Richmond enjoys his role to engage with the public giving words of advice and reassurance and helping in any way he can. • Asked what makes him want to come to work each day, he says talking to people and helping to solve crimes reported to the police. • He would recommend becoming a PCSO to contribute to making the community a safe place, building trust and creating a safer place for the next generation. • Looking for a new career?
