I can’t believe it has been a year since I’ve uploaded my very first video! • Definitively, my channel helped me to keep my mind occupied during the pandemic, but also, and surprisingly, it helped on my daily job when talking with my customers, which I do with much more confidence. • For 2021 I have plan lots of exciting videos including Spanish cooking, bread and crafting. • But also, and can’t wait for that, I want you to take you with me to Spain, so I can show you more authentic Spanish food, Spanish culture and the way Spanish live and enjoy live. • Please, feel free to add any suggestions on the comments bellow if you would like a specific video, it will be my pleasure. • To celebrate a year in YouTube, I have a giveaway which is a Carmencita paella kit which includes the rice, oil and the spices with the instructions of how to cook a perfect paella. • Then, you can cook a paella for your choice which can be vegan with mushrooms, seafood or meaty.
