Veganuary - day 11: Vietnamese-Cajun inspired vegan ‘Seafood’ Boil • This is day 11 of Veganuary. This month, I will share my vegan (mostly) Vietnamese recipes and show you how vegan food is simply delicious food. • When people ask me what food I miss the most, I say seafood. I didn't lose my taste buds just because I went vegan. 😅 Despite this, I prefer eating plants rather than sea animals for a variety of reasons. • Seafood boils were a huge part of my childhood! I frequented the Boiling Crab in LA often. I loved their garlic butter sauce and tried to replicate the essence of it in this recipe. This is not a 'healthy' dish and is definitely for days when you want to indulge.
