The game includes a scorepad, storage pouch, and 9 dice. The dice are numbered 1 through 5, but don't look for any sixes, because they've been replaced by the words for, get and it. This is a chance and risk style dice game, similar to Yahtzee, so let's start rolling. Roll all 9 dice. Put aside any multiple matching numbers. For example, if you roll a few fours place those aside. You'll also need to set aside any dice that show the words for, get or it. At that point, you keep your score, or risk it and keep rolling. Continue to set aside your matching numbered dice and any words. If the collected dice ever have all the words that spell don't forget, your turn is over and you get no points for that turn. If you haven't spelled don't forget, end your turn with whatever points you've scored for that turn, or keep rolling. If you set aside all 9 dice, you can opt to continue by picking up all dice and rolling again. When scoring, check the instructions for how double, triple and quadruple bonus points are awarded. I always enjoy chance dice games like this - they are easy to learn and great for travel. But somehow, Don't You Forget It seems less challenging. Maybe I've just been having amazing luck, but it was difficult to spell out don't forget even when I tried to.
