In this video I list 5 herbs for circulation. • Use herbs individually but preferably in combination. • ---Herbs mentioned-- • Cayenne • Ginger • Hawthorn • Ginko • Prickly Ash • ---TEAS--- • Infusion (leaves, flowers) – 1 tsp dried herb or 2 tsp fresh herb to 1 cup water. • Put herb in a cup, pour boiling water, cover and let steep for at least 15 minutes. • Decoction (twigs, barks, roots, berries, fruit etc) – 1/2 to 1 ounce ( 1 to 4 tbsp) of dried herb to 1 1/2 pints of cold water. It is best to let the herbs soak and re-hydrate in the water up to 10 hours if you have the time and then slowly bring it up to a boil.
