In this Dying Light 2 guide, we'll show you how to activate the Saint Paul Electrical Station and acquire the inhibitor within. The station can by activated by solving a parkour puzzle that involves running cables between generators and electrical terminals. The inhibitor is accessible within the station partway through the puzzle.
