Meet Kalo Oglesby, middle grade education student from Woodbury, Ga. Kalo is one on the finalists for Mr. FVSU 2016-17. The finalists will give campaign speeches beginning at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, April 13 in the C. W. Pettigrew Center, with elections occurring April 14-15 in the Student Amenities Building. • Fort Valley State University’s Marketing Communications introduces a new video series entitled, On the FVSU Quad. Located near Founders Hall, the Bywaters Building and Bishop Hall, the quad is the perfect spot to find Wildcats moving to their next stop. This new project features students, faculty, staff and visitors who aren’t afraid to share their personalities with the world. In this six-week series, we’re asking questions about who they are, where they are from and why they love being a Wildcat. This is a fun way to learn about the people who grace our campus.
