This class works the whole body and flies by! Or, if you're short on time, cut in in half and only do the first two circuits, or last two circuits. Either way, you'll get an awesome workout! • 🔥THE WORKOUT: 45-Minute Strength Cardio Circuits for Women (includes warm, cool down and stretch) • ✅ EQUIPMENT: Yoga Mat and Medium-to-Heavy Dumbbells (8-20lbs) • 💪🏽FITNESS LEVEL: ALL fitness levels are welcome!
