Shan't be going out much and I'm partial to a bit of Jackanory - Denny Midgley • While Dorothy (Sylvia Kay) is out, Clive (Bryan Marshall) lets a small room to a new tenant Denny Midgley (played brilliantly by Between the Lines and A Fish Called Wanda actor Tom Georgeson) but Dorothy is suspicious when Denny pays a large sum of the rent in advance and even more so when Madeline (Angela Scoular) turns up on her doorstep with a television for Denny.
