Maple Soy Wings

Maple Soy Wings are some of my favorite are Chicken Wings cooked on a pit barrel cooker. This is a super simple chicken wing recipe that anyone can wipe up on the fly. • Maple Soy Sauce Recipe • 1. Mix 1/2 Cup of Kosmo's Q Sweet Maple Brown Sugar to 1/2 cup soy sauce. • 2. Add 1 Tbsp minced garlic • 3. Bring to a boil and reduce temp to a simmer for 5 min (Stirring frequently) • 4. Add 1tbsp baking powder to 1 tbsp water and mix • 5. Add this slurry to the sauce to thicken stirring constantly for about 1 minute. • 6. Remove sauce from heat and allow to cool before saucing wings • • Wing Recipe • 1. 4lb bag of jointed wings • 2. Season with Kosmo's Q Sweet Honey Pecan • 3. Cook on the Pit Barrel for 45 mins making sure to turn the rack every 15 minutes and flip the wings at about the 25-30 minute mark. • 4. Make sure they temp out at no less than 165°F / 74ç • 5.
