Is this a railroad crossing malfunction or did the train conductor leave it activated before? This is an old manually operated crossing, as is evident by the yellow box, so there's a possibility of both. I saw the train on these tracks earlier in the day. This is an FEC industry spur that ends at the Norfolk Southern Flo facility.
