Best Way To Trim Plywood Edge Banding

Don't waste your time with edge trimmers! Use your router table for perfect results. • In this video I go through the steps to build a router table fence to quickly trim plywood edge banding. This is the easiest way I have found to trim edge banding. The handheld trimmers are complete junk and never give you clean edge. Also, the plywood edges are too narrow to support a handheld router so I built a new fence specifically for trimming edge banding. This fence prevents you from cutting into the veneer with support for any size panel. If your planning to do any edge banding projects with multiple pieces this fence is a must have for your router table. • Chapters: • 00:00 Edge Banding Trimmers Suck • 00:20 Why You Can't Use Your Existing Fence • 00:50 Gathering Dimensions • 01:26 Cutting The Parts • 02:08 Fence Assembly • 03:04 Router Bit Fence Setup • 03:44 Routing Sanding • • Website: https://www.tylerbrown-productivewood... • Shop Plans: https://www.tylerbrown-productivewood... • Watch My Latest Video: • h   • Latest Videos   • Watch more videos! • Woodworking Projects:    • Woodworking Project Builds   • Shop Jigs:    • Shop Jigs   • Woodworking Tips:    • Shorts - Woodworking Tips   • Welcome to the official Tyler Brown YouTube channel!
