After 2 months of Maffetone Training (low heart rate training) and one month of adding in high intensity, I wanted to run a 5k time trial to see where I was in comparison to the last 5k time trial I ran on October 31st 2019. CONCLUSION: I improved from 20:52 to 19:38.
