Hydrangea cupcakes are so easy to make and look beautiful alone or in a bouquet of cupcakes. All you need is a Wilton 2D (http://amzn.to/2wffys5)* or 1M (http://amzn.to/2vQihHc)* piping tip and different color buttercream to create beautiful tones and depth. Simply spread a thin layer of one or two colors of buttercream on the inside wall of the piping bag to create the outer later and fill the rest with white buttercream to create the center layer.
