Like and subscribe for weekly content. • • You will need. • -Flank Steak, I used 1 and a half lbs • -Olive Oil • -Salt and pepper • -quarter stick of salted butter • -Thyme • -Garlic cloves • Season Steak, both sides. Let sit out of fridge 20 minutes before cooking to allow the middle to warm up. Heat pan with medium heat. . Add oil and wait for oil to start smoking. Turn heat down a just a little bit. Slap on steaks, cook 3 mins, flip then add butter and thyme. Butter baste for last 2 minutes. Let rest 3 mins.
