The things that come to mind when you think of Swedish food are probably Swedish meatballs (thanks, IKEA!), lingonberries, pickles, probably fish...and of course, Swedish buns. The buns themselves are outstanding -- so I went behind the scenes at Bageri Petrus in Stockholm to see their work in progress -- and to eat the buns I experienced my first ever fika with the one and only Rachel Khoo!
