If you have a Central Vacuum System and use a TurboCat-you know they are GREAT additions to have and clean like a dream! • However-sometimes you might notice that your TurboCat isn't spinning! • Don't panic! • Fixing it is SO SIMPLE we don't even charge customers when they come in with their units! • Save yourself a trip to your local Vacuum Store Watch these tips! • #1. Use your finger to clean out the fan on the underside of the TurboCat (Make sure your unit is NOT attached to your Central Vac System!) • #2. Since you have it upside-down, clean out any hair that could be wrapped around the brush roller. • That's it!! • Did this work for you??
