The property consists of mixed farming, including livestock, orchards, and crops. • There is a large farmhouse, barn, stables, equipment sheds and grain storage silos. • The main house originally was a luxurious home, but by the events of Grand Theft Auto V it is messy and in a state of disrepair. • The main house is attacked and destroyed by Trevor Philips during the mission Crystal Maze, after Elwood O'Neil stole his contract with the Los Santos Triads, killing most of the farm's residents in the process.
