Muscle testing for the Digestive System

I did this video to demonstrate what to expect on an Initial Assessment. During the assessment, I like to do #muscletesting to check which muscles are weak and observe how this relationship in the body changes with the treatment. If the muscles do not strengthen, I check the various relationships or connections in the body to find the cause of the weakness, such as #Neurolymphatic points in the body that were developed by Dr. Chapman, DO. • I check the muscles that relate to the colon and small intestine as the initial complaint of the patient was constipation. • Applied Kinesiology was developed by Dr. Goodheart, DC. Goodheart talks about these connections throughout the body that can be tested using a simple muscle test. Many relationships exist that relate to a particular muscle, organ, meridian, neurolympathic, and #neurovascular point in the body. Any disturbance to any one of these structures can affect the harmony/balance of these relationships in the body. • If the muscles do not strengthen with treatments, I recommend specific individualized exercises to my patients to strengthen the muscles. This also allows patients to play a key role in their recovery.
