From Boston to UTMB, there's a lot of time to be gained on downhill sections of a course if you know how to run them properly. • Today, with the help a veteran trail runner we'd like to discuss some of the dos and don’ts of downhill running. • Knowing how to run downhill successfully will help you avoid potential injuries, cut time, and preserve your quads in the later miles of a race.
