[RECIPE BELOW] Microwaved Crumble Topping • (NO FLOUR ONLY 5 INGREDIENTS) • This is one of my favourite creations. I made it when I needed something high protein to finish off my day but didn't want a shake, wanted something sweet, had a little bit of fat macro space but had no eggs. • This topping is perfect for any of your topping needs - whether that's put on other keto desserts, yoghurt, fruit, cream... hell, it's amazing on its own! • So quick, so easy and so tasty! • | The Recipe | • INGREDIENTS: • 3 tbsp Flavoured Protein Powder (I used Golden Syrup by MyProtein) • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract or Sugar Free Syrup (I used Vanilla by Jordan's Skinny Syrup) • 2 tbsp Nut Butter, soft (I used Crunchy Peanut Butter) • 1 tsp Sweetener (I used Erythritol) • 1 tsp Butter, melted or soft. • METHOD: • 1. In a microwave safe mug, add nut butter, butter, vanilla and sweetener. Mix until well combined. • 2. Mix in the protein powder until well combined - the batter should now be dry and not stick very well. • 3. Place in the microwave on high for 1 minute 20 seconds. • 4. Take out the microwave and stir with a spoon or a fork to break up the mixture into a crumble. • 5.
