Improve your archery accuracy with this simple process to learn how to identify and cure target panic. Archers using a trigger release are EXTREMELY prone to target panic. In this video we walk you through a step by step process to cure your target panic once and for all. You will be shooting tight groups at long range and be ready for the upcoming hunting season. Start by getting the target as close to you as possible and using a HUGE dot. I am using the Field Logic 6x6 Block Target with a Mathews Traverse bow. Get yourself comfortable allowing the pin to float on the big dot and executing the shot by pulling firmly with your back and letting the shot break naturally. Once you are comfortable move to a smaller dot at the SAME distance. Once you are comfortable at the close distance move back in 5 yard increments and repeat the process. This process is EASY and guaranteed to cure your target panic. You can also use this process with hinge, back tension, and thumb releases.
