The Seated Cable Tibialis Raise is an excellent exercise to isolate the calve muscles on the front of the shin. To get started: • 1. Attach a handle to the cable pulley and set it to the lowest setting. • 2. Sit down facing a cable machine with your legs extended, then place the handle over one foot. • 3. Flex your ankle by raising your toes towards yourself. • 4. Hold for a 1 second contraction, then extend your ankle to point your toes. • 5.
