Prolific Tokyo-based ambient artist Pallette helms a cathartic continuation of their October release 'Endless', a meditative assembly of vast, languid ambience in the vein of Basinski. On 'Carelessness', Pallette offers us an opportunity to make closure with the sorrow traversed on its predecessor album. Long, mournful drones scale a lonely plane, an ever-mounting repetition of pensive, melancholic thought.
