This recipe will teach you how to make Fried Chicken and Mojos ala Shakey's. We're breading the chicken and potatoes without store-bought breading like Crispy Fry or any other brand. We're making our own breading mix. • If memory serves me right, Shakey's used to call it Chick N' Chips and I'm not sure if they still refer to it like this but I think it's becoming more popularly known as Chicken And Mojos. Whenever we eat at Shakey's, Chick N' Chips is always on the agenda aside from their Shakey's Special or Manager's Choice. It's definitely one of my favorites restaurants. • This recipe tries to replicate this favorite fried chicken and chips menu and have succeeded, actually.
