University of Bath, Public Lecture 2014 • Lord Lawson gives a lecture for around the first 3/4 of an hour • and then in the second half, he takes Questions from the floor. • Some of the questions are quite hostile, but Lord Lawson bats • them away with the ease of an experienced statesman. • The quality of the picture is not so good, as the lighting • was quite dark and yellowish on the stage area. The fixed • TV camera was set up to view the projection screens behind • Lord Lawson. Some filtering was added to the picture, so as • to mitigate these deficiencies as far as possible. • The audio in the second part had to be amplified so that you • can hear the questions given off-mic , and this has resulted • in some loud background noise occasionally.
