Carne Asada Fajitas and Flour Tortillas: roasted beef or also known as carne asada is delicious marinated and grilled meat that is sliced and served up, and in this case with homemade tortilla. • Out of the several hundred recipes on my site, I can’t believe I’ve never made carne asada? Crazy I know! Well it’s been long enough, so when I was shopping at the grocery store and walked past the meat aisle there was a beautiful flank steak that was winking at me telling me to marinate it and grill it up. Well, maybe it was more me than the steak haha. Regardless I’ve been dying to make a carne asada and turn them into steak fajitas and serve all this goodness up with some homemade tortillas and man oh man was it so absolutely delicious that I would seriously eat it every day for the rest of my life with no problem at all!
