This movie is an excellent psychological thriller and it happened to be filmed at the Psychological Healing Center. • The subject centers around bullying, betrayal, and the haunting from the past coming back to revisit the now. As the character Gordo (Edgerton) says, • You think you are done with the past, But the past is not done with you. • From a MIND MAP perspective this is really the case. Unless we deal with the CAUSE of our issues, unless we dismantle the wounds of the past, we will relive their effects. • The bullying theme of the movie suggests that the characters, who each had different wounds from the past, projected theirs on each other. Rebecca Hall (Robyn) served as the voice of truth, insisting on it. Joel Edgerton (Gordo) tried to clear her Truth Lens (with Windex in this case) about the past, and Jason Bateman (Simon) ping ponged back and forth between good guy/bad guy until things got clarified. • We all need to have clear psycho-perception so that we can distinguish lies from truth, good people from evil people, and take curse-by-design gifts from the past as opportunities for growth. • We Shrunk the Tune Let Bygones Be Bygones by Blackstreet. • www.DrJudyWTF.com
