The Milkshake Netball Drill is a definitely player favourite across all ages and ability levels. I have yet to come across a player that doesn't love it! Although it looks very busy and complicated it's actually quite simple once you have learnt the movement pattern. • It works on clearing, driving, timing, footwork, passing, agility, accuracy of passing and team connection. It's suitable for all ages and is easily simplified for beginners.
