MGLTools PMV ( http://mgltools.scripps.edu/ ) associated with ARToolKit ( http://mgldev.scripps.edu/projects/py... ) permit to explore protein 3d structure in augmented reality context. This exemple depict how the DNA superhelix can be explored using two cube of marker. One define the DNA overall position and the other defined the helix parameter (rise,angle,etc..)
