Craft Cocktail Pisco Sour

When you're wanting a fancy cocktail for spring, a Pisco Sour hits the spot! My friend Shelly from React makes bomb piscos - if you're over 21, this one's for you! • Big thanks to Shelly for making this amazing drink downing a few with me! Here's her recipe: • Pisco Sour recipe (Peruvian style, yum!) • 3 ounces of Pisco • 1 ounce key lime juice • 3/4 ounce simple syrup (make with sugar or agave if you're superfly like Shelly) • 1 tablespoon raw egg whites • Combine all of the ingredients in a shaker, and give it a good ol' shake.
