It is very difficult to manage children with Mixed cerebral palsy when dyskinetic component is more. Only we can correct their deformity and make them ambulatory with support . they always required some walking aid. It is impossible to make them fully independent if they are severely affected. in these children SEMLOSSS helps a lot in removing their deformity and balancing their posture.
