You wanna build muscle, burn fat, it's kind like a miracle ingredient everyday. Followed by some more protein. Follow by more protein, chased with a little bit of protein. Here's what gonna be tricky, okay? If you wanna lose fat, you gonna eat fat, right? I read that in some article at some point and some time somewhere. Then you wanna go throw some healthy carbohydrates, okay? • DJ: Okay. • Spencer : For some reason, you just need to. Juggle this down, I'm gonna go like, let's do this. • DJ: What do you gonna do when you're hungry and on the go? You got a protein bar, right? Have you ever looked at the package of the protein bar and see what's inside this thing? There's like solluble corn fiber, maltotechfrutose, natural flavor, a lot of garbage in here that you don't want in your body and cost you 2 or $3 each. So today, Spencer is gonna teach us on how to make a healthy protein bar without the garbage and cost less than a dollar each. • Spencer: Super easy recipe, nice, natural all ingredients. Get you lot of high protein, high fat bars on the go and will fill you up and keep you going. So, we got the protein powder, some almond milk, some all natural rolled oats, some almond butter, a little bit of honey and some fresh nuts. So, let's make this some bad boy. To start with 8 scoops of protein powder. I prefer, Jay Robb protein, it's non-gmo and antiobitic free and hormone free. Most importantly it's cold press. What is cold press means? It means no heat added to the production of protein. Next, we have 1 cup of old fashioned rolled oats. Next we got 1/3 cup almond butter. Next we got, 3 tablespoon of honey. Now, we have 1/2 cup almond milk. Here's what it gets dirty. We gonna roll our sleeves up. We gonna mix this thing by hand. You got some protein bar baby! Now, you gonna mix it, you roll them up. Now, you put your bars in the cooking sheet. You just gonna throw them in the fridge for a couple of hours. I actually do recommend to have it overnight to make sure it probably sit. You gonna get yourself a healthy, nutritious bar for the go. • DJ: Thank you Spencer for sharing that awesome recipe. If you learned anything, you like the video give us an all big thumbs up.
