Cavo Tagoo Hotel Restaurant Zuma in Mykonos. Zuma is the Japanese restaurant of the 5 star Cavo Tagoo, one of the top luxury hotels on Mykonos, one of the most Instagrammed hotels in the world, and the best sushi on the island. It sits on a rise between the new and old ports, and you can watch the ferries and cruise ships come and go through the day, and the sunset views over the Aegean here are simply stunning. The infinity pool here blends seamlessly with the ocean’s horizon, and lounge beds float on platforms over the water. The pool and sundeck are magical, with the bar, patio, and restaurant dining area seemingly one large social space of eating and drinking. The length of the bar is also one giant fish tank. As day turns to night, the whole scene fills up and gains energy, with live DJs spinning music every night, and there’s quite a scene, both as a pre-party destination for people later heading out to the clubs in town, as well as being a destination in and of itself. The restaurant features modern Japanese cuisine, that is authentic but not traditional. There’s a giant open kitchen, with multiple chef stations and diners can see directly into the culinary hive of activity. Zuma is also home to a fabulous breakfast buffet spread for hotel guests.
