In this animation I was trying to recreate realistic sword movements, but the animation also deals with the theme of mercy although it wasn't the main focus. It also includes my first ever attempt at flash! (so don't be too harsh on it and yes I know it's very quick but it was only a test!) • • Now for some film notes: • For the Stop Motion section I took 747 pictures which is just over 31 seconds of film, but due to the difficulty of capturing realistic sword movements I cut a total of 101 pictures (so in actual fact I took 848 pictures). • A lot of people have been asking what the swords are or where I got them from. The red clayman has the 'Masamune' (Auron FFX), the purple clayman has the 'Caladbolg' (Tidus FFX) and the green clayman has 'Lion Heart' (Squall's Gunblade FF8).
