I looove to top with honey a d cinnamon or some jam!!! 2 cups cooked sweet potato 1 cup blended oats (oat flour) 3 eggs 1/2 cup almond milk (any milk is fine) 1 tsp cinnamon (sometimes i do more) 1.5 tsp pumpkin spice 1 tsp vanilla extract Tsp baking powder Mix all ingredients bake 400 degrees for 20 min!! Store in fridge 4-5 days. I LOVE to freeze them and then unfreeze for next week. #recipes #fallrecipes #holistichealth #fyp #breakfast #fall
