I was watching season 8 this year, and I loved Lexie's journey. Her realizing that no matter how much she try to ignore it, and how much she doesn't want to, she is still in love with Mark, and then seeing her tortured with the fact that he's really moved on and not loving her back, to the point of her telling him what's she's feeling. I just loved seeing this. I enjoyed this storyline so much. • Until a week ago I was 100% sure that we'll get a huge epic reunion in the finale. And I was listening to this song, and I thought how amazing it would be to make a Lexie POV video. Because this song is just so perfect for them, And I started it last week, believing I would put in it the big reunion from the finale. And then I watched 8x24 promo. I knew it would be Lexie right from the start. My heart completely broken for them, it was so heartbreaking. She's hearing all of the things she hoped to hear from him, in the very last moments of her life. • As much as that scene was beautiful, the death wasn't necessary, and even if the actress wanted out, it didn't have to be her dying. And even if she had to die.. she didn't have to die like that. Grey's is one of my all time favorite shows. And I'd be a liar if I say I won't watch it again. But I have lost some respect for it. This was so mean and cruel. Should have been done differently. • And now for the video, I don't really like it... I think it's shown that it was made fast... It's all Lexie's POV, even the death scene.
