#ABRUZZO FOOD Arrosticini are a class of traditional Abruzzese cuisine from the Italian region of Abruzzo (where i live now). • Arrosricini are typically made from castrated sheep meat or lamb, cut in chunks and pierced by a skewer. • Arrosticini have now become the most appreciated typical Italian regional food in the world. • I'm so lucky that I have a chance to work at a meat factory (Jubatti Carne) that produces Arrosticini and other fresh meats that distribute meats at supermarkets in the whole region and the region nearby.
