Ideal Protein Instant Pot Chocolate Insta Bites

These are so tasty and decadent and only 1 non-restricted serving!!! • Ingredients: • 1 tsp. Olive Oil • 1 Egg • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract (alcohol free) • 1 tbsp Walden Farms Caramel Syrup • 2 tbsp Water • 1/4 tsp Baking Powder • 1 IP Chocolate Drink Mix • Directions: • Whisk oil, egg, vanilla extract, WF syrup and water. Add baking powder to the chocolate drink mix and blend well (if it's not blended well they won't rise consistently). Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and whisk until smooth. Spoon batter into silicone molds, filling approx. half way. • Pour 1 cup of water into bottom of Instant Pot pan and place the metal trivet at bottom of pan. Place the silicone molds on the trivet. Close lid and set value to sealing . Press pressure cook and set to 1 minute. When finished do a quick release and remove lid. Carefully remove silicon molds and pop out your Insta Bites and enjoy them warm.
